This statue of Cyrano de Bergerac (2004) was made by sculptor and artist Mauro Corda. He stands 245 cm (95.5 inch) tall and is made from bronze polychrome.

Cyrano de Bergerac is a fictional character created by french playwright Edmond Rostand (1868-1918). He was a romantic, a military man and owner of a very big nose. He helps another man to get the affection of the girl he himself is in love with. Cyrano is afraid to confess his feelings for her because of his special facial feature. Tragic.
